Young male sleeping in car

While walking the dogs at 7:00 this morning I found a young latin male sleeping in his car at the end of 80th street. I was going to call the police when I got home, but by the time I got home he was driving away. I stopped him and made an extremely strong suggestion that he choose a different neighborhood to sleep it from now on.

Young latin male, red T-shirt, jeans, “flat top” style black hair.

He was back again this morning. Called the police this time. He was still there when they came. They spent about ten minutes then the police and the kid both left in their own cars. I assume they asked him to find a different neighborhood to sleep it off in.
